3. What’s the difference between the tiers of organizing and cleaning?
Tier 1 is a light refresh for high-functioning spaces.
Tier 2 includes deeper work and some systems setup.
Tier 3 is for total transformations—perfect for overwhelm, transitions, or starting fresh.
Each one is tailored with compassion and care.
4. How much does it cost?
Packages are flat-rate based on the level of service, with no surprise fees. Custom quotes are available for larger projects.
5. Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?
Yes! I want these services to be accessible. Let me know what you need, and we’ll make it work together.
6. Do you travel outside Sacramento county?
I’m currently serving the greater Sacramento area from Auburn to Elk Grove, but I may be able to travel for an additional fee or refer you to someone local.
7. What’s your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for 24–48 hours' notice. Repeat late cancellations may incur a fee, so I can keep serving everyone fairly.
8. What if I’m embarrassed about the state of my home?
You’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. I specialize in compassionate, nonjudgmental support. You deserve help, not shame.
9. Do you offer free services for those in need?
Yes! I donate up to one free cleaning per week. You can nominate yourself or someone else on the Community Care page.
10. Can your approach help support ADHD, chronic illness, or post-trauma recovery?
Absolutely. My approach is especially helpful for folks navigating mental health, life transitions, or executive function challenges.
